The move was underestimated, only 2 people came. None of them was a real professional furniture assembler, but they were just transporters (they confirmed that, is not my personal assumption). The result was: the workers kept working till 21:00 (afterwards I invited them to leave, because the damages they were causing were more than the achievements), damaging a wardrobe (one of the sliding doors is not closing anymore, one of the internal illumination is not working anymore, the structural back of the wardrobe is not nailed, the wardrobe is wrongly assembled) damaging the walls, roof, keeping the items moved either in the box (e.g.: TV) or not mounted at all (e.g.: bookshelves) and at the end they had also the arrogance to ask me for signing the document where I confirm that all items have been transported without damages and have been assembled properly. The rest of the job should have been finished after a couple of days, but two new workers came and didn't find any solution to the damages done. They promised to send a proper woodworker able to fix at least the wardrobe. After more than three weeks, I sent three emails and nobody answers. Additionally I have to add that the stipulation of the contract is not clear at all. For example, in the offer is mentioned "price includes: disassembling, transport and reassembling of the furnitures". If the furnitures were anchored to the wall, the workers are just going to reassemble them, but they don't fix them back to the wall, that is considered extra and is not included in the offer. Of course this is ridiculous, or at least not fair, because a lot furnitures need to be fixed to the wall. Picture of the damages are visible on the Google review. This company should be removed from this portal.
