These people showed up at the correct day and time with people who had very little experience and almost no supervision. They opened cartons we had packed and spread the contents among various other cartons and did not label any of the cartons. They also packed garbage and shipped almost empty cartons. We have been in chaos for a month after the move with a garage full of cartons with no idea what they contain. The border documents were also wrong or missing and we spent 5 days in Belgium before the truck could be unloaded, They apparently tried to under-load the truck so that there would be a need for a second truck (to be provided by them and paid extra, of course) to complete the transport. The trick did not work, but only because we would not agree to their solution. The entire load went into the Belgian truck. The truck transport and the unloading was performed by a Belgian company which we would recommend, but they have no good partner in Switzerland.
