I have experienced, on the overall, one very very bad quality service. During the all period of the process was always very difficult to speak with the person in charge and became more difficult when the problems became worst. Sometimes he was very arrogant!! Was always also very difficult to speaking in English with any of the employees. They were not able to accomplish the dates to collect and deliver the motorcycle. They have failed several dates to collect the motorcycle, and on the second agreed date I have taken a plain to follow up the loading. They didn't showed up or justified. After she has been collect from the origin country, a few weeks later, I lost the tracking of her location and they were always delaying the delivery date without any kind of justification. When she was delivered I found out she had paint scratches and they never paid for the damages. I don't recommend their services.
