We chose Amadeus after entering a general request for offers on the Immoscout website. We received about 5 offers from companies that all seemed to be very competent. We chose Amadeus because the initial inspection was extremely thorough and very friendly, and although the price was not the cheapest, it seemed to be accurate. I also felt confident after reading the reviews and responses to any complaints (of which there was only one posted online). We made a good choice because everything went very smoothly and anyway small problems along the way were resolved quickly and efficiently. They guys loading and unloading were friendly and extremely fast, and those doing the main work of disassembling and reassembling were also fast and efficient. I liked the way they always asked where and how they should install things, so that the end result was just how we liked it. Their friendliness was not only reassuring during an incredibly stressful time, but even made moving into our new home fun. Herr Lippert (coordinating from the office) was always very prompt in answering questions and concerns. Overall a very professional and efficient firm and we will definitely be using them again.
