Worst experience ever. Not honoring their promises and agreement

Unfortunately I have had the worst experience during my move with Easy Umzug. To get my business, they promised to do everything – packing, unpacking, lights, cleaning etc. However on the day of the move, they wasted an hour to figure out how to set the outside lift that technically should have managed by another person and not the crew that needs to pack and move boxes! Less people than the one agreed to were sent for the job. By noon the outside lift broke down and shortly after they jammed the inside elevator because they didn’t secure the stuff inside properly. They wasted time until finally called the Schindler to fix it! With all these issues and delays, they ignored my request to send more people and on top of that they didn’t send big enough trucks to move everything. Obviously the move didn’t finish in the working hours of the day as agreed to. It lasted till 9pm and I had to recruit my boyfriend that put more than 8 hours working physically with them and directing them on what to do! The next day they came to finish the work and starting asking for payment before work was done. Later on they changed their mind about doing the lights, they didn’t want me to pay by IBAN and at one point when I said I will pay half the amount now and need to talk to your manager and pay the rest when you come back at night, well hell broke lose and they started threatening me in my own house! They kept my keys for the new and old house and sat on my couch refusing to leave until money is paid in full. It was a very scary thing to have two men in your house yelling and screaming at you while you are alone and exhausted from the move! When I submitted the claim for the damages they incurred they refused to pay and accused me of doing the damage myself! And started making unjust comments and responses in English that was badly translated and didn’t even make sense at times. When the bill for the damaged elevator came, they refused to pay it even though I was told numerous times on phone and by email that they will pay two third of it and will honor their word however they never did such thing. I strongly avoid you dealing with these unprofessional people that don’t have respect for the customer, their property and can’t honor their word. It is a shame really. I moved many times in my life but this has been the WORST move EVER.
