Sorry for the review in English but unfortunately I still don't feel confident enough to do it in German.... I used WMS-Umzüge for my last move in Garching last year in June. I want to underline that the guys were absolutely perfect. They did it all within one day, absolutely nothing was damaged, not the furniture nor the apartments. I'm very happy about the service. What I really really really don't understand is how is possible that a professional will give me an offer for the job, after carefully checking everything together with me, of 600€ (that was absolutly honest, and for that reason I've obviously choosen that company...) and then present a bill of 1000€!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I asked explanation to the boss he simply told me: "I didn't consider that in the apartment where you have moved, there were 20 meters from the parking place to the entrance" ... .. .. .. .. . Ok understood. In my country (Italy) we know very well how to describe this kind of situation, that's simply cheating. I'm really sorry to say that but I have to give an advice to all the other that would like to check this company. Kind regards.
