When you are reading this comment, please think twice and DO NOT CHOOSE EH UMZÜGE FOR YOUR MOVING! Moving is so stressful and tired, please consider other reliable moving company. Mine was a moving from Germany to Switzerland. We are not German speakers, so at the beginning they approached us nicely and came to the apartment to check details and quoted us the price lower than other moving companies, also said it was flat rate, meaning all included for moving, dismantling and assembly the furnitures and it would be no more extra cost. So we decided to go for their offer and paid upfront. BUT THE NIGHTMARE JUST STARTED. Our moving date was at 8am, but they arrived 3 hours later. At the meantime, we called the office, the receptionist had no clue where was the truck and lied to us that they were on their way to the apartment and could not reach the driver. But actually they just arrived late with whatever excuses they could find. There were only 3 workers, not 4 as it mentioned in the contract and only 2 workers in the destination. When they arrived, suddenly they said the truck they brought was not big enough and they needed to get another bigger one, plus we had to pay more. What did this mean flat rate and all included price!? We said no, so they tried to put everything into that truck. During the moving, they were totally unprofessional and inefficiency. Furnitures got left under the rain unattended and got scratched. Next day in Switzerland during the unload, they said they need to smoke and suddenly they disappeared without finishing the work. We tried to call them, they turned off the phone and could not reach them. We called the office, and the boss there said the worker were coming back in 1 hour. But they never came back and the office also constantly hung up us. No one answered the phone, not the workers nor the office. It was totally a disaster and FRAUD. DON'T CHOOSE THEM, because they will come up with so many lies to you for extra costs and problems that you have to pay for it.
